Why CrossFit Lemoore?

CrossFit Lemoore is more than just a gym; it’s a family.  Since beginning in our garage in November 2012, we have grown into a large family made up of all ages, sizes and abilities.  We exist to help people become better versions of themselves in a positive and humble environment. Together as a group, we are here to encourage and support people in reaching their goals, because we are all STRONGER TOGETHER. 


About CrossFit

CrossFit can be broken down into three main components: Exercise. Nutrition. Community.

Exercise

CrossFit uses safe, effective exercises that are constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. The great thing about our workouts are that they can all be scaled to meet your needs. No matter what your fitness level, age, skill, or restrictions are we can tailor the movements to help you reach your goals.

CrossFit Lemoore currently offers two different exercise programs, and anyone can join at any time. You do not have to already be in shape, if you had a previous injury, or cannot perform certain movements we can still help. Our workouts can be modified to be tailored to you so that you remain safe, and still progress towards your goals. Come try one of our classes today!

Nutrition

CrossFit has also adopted a lifestyle of nutrition that is important when it comes to your health and fitness. Coach Glassman and the community believe that if you “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat.” that you can move the needle to a very fit and healthy level. 

Community

Community is also very important to us, especially here at CrossFit Lemoore. By surrounding yourself with positive individuals, encouragement, and the proper resources you increase your chances significantly to achieve your goals. The great thing is that even if you are traveling or away from home, you will always find the CrossFit community to be helpful in your journey.
